Below are some of the questions that I am asked on a regular basis. If you don’t see your question listed here than please send me a message on my contact page and I will be happy to get you an answer just as soon as I am able.

1. How far are you willing to travel? I am willing to travel anywhere in the world to perform a wedding.

2. Do you meet at the client’s home or do they come to you? I typically arrange meetings at a local coffee shop or restaurant but I am able to meet at a client’s home as well.

3. What are your rates? My current fee is $395 which includes all meetings, assistance in developing your ceremony, the rehearsal, performing the wedding ceremony and filing of the marriage paperwork. I also offer reduced fees for certain budget locations (such as Oaks Pioneer Church).

4. How many ceremonies have you performed? I have been performing weddings since 1980. During that time I have performed over 1500 weddings.

5. Is it possible to see a sample ceremony? Absolutely! I can send you my “Sample Ceremony” that will assist you as you begin developing your personalized ceremony. The sample is a Word document that is 17 pages long. It gives you some general information, a sample outline, and a sample ceremony (with options for the various parts of a ceremony).

6. Is counseling required? I do not require pre-marital counseling. However, I do offer it if you are interested.

7. Can we add personal touches to the ceremony? I provide extensive guidance on the structure and content for your ceremony but I am happy to add anything to the ceremony that you would like.

8. Do you perform a sermon or preach during the ceremony? No, I do not. I work with all of my clients to create a ceremony that focuses on them and their future together.

9. Will I be able to see the final ceremony? Yes. My clients are very involved with every step of the development process and see every evolution. Once the ceremony is finalized by my clients I will stay with that for the actual ceremony.

10. Are there any restriction on other vendors (photographer, videographer, DJ, etc.)? I do not place any restrictions on any other vendors. I want to be a part of the team that works together to make your day special.

11. What attire do you wear? I offer two choices: Black suit or black robe.

12. Where do I get my marriage license? You must purchase your marriage license in the state where you will be married, not the state where you live. Within the state, you may purchase your license from any county and use it anywhere in the state.
